Title: Anyone willing to share their brief to district court?
Post by: fibro_in_wv on February 05, 2021, 07:36:38 pm

Wondering if anyone might be willing to share the brief they or their counsel wrote when fighting at the district court level. For the time being, I'm without an attorney and filing pro se. Hopefully I'll get an attorney on soon, but if not, I'm still going to try to fight back. Would really appreciate it if anyone (especially anyone who won remand) would share their brief, with things like name and SSN blacked out, to give an example I could work off of. If I have to do this myself, I want to make sure I don't make some tiny error that lets the court easily throw my case out. ND of West Virginia doesn't seem too friendly to fibromyalgia cases. I have my complaint and the civil cover sheet in, just trying to get a head start on the brief part, to keep from panicking.

(Or, you know, if any attorneys see this and could help with a Northern District of WV case, contact me?)
