fran, what does your current attorney say ?
Nerve damage in upper and lower extremities. Degenerative Disc Disease, RA.

SHE TOLD ME THAT THE AC OFFICES MAKES LOTS OF MISTAKES AND THAT SHE HAD RESENT THEM THE PAPERS AND THAT THEY HAD GOTTEN THEM AND WHEN THEY MAKE MISTAKES THEY ARE VERY WILLING TOO CORRECT THEM  ITS JUST THIS LAST PHONE CALL THAT HAS ME SO UPSET THEY STILL DENY ME BEING IN THERE SYSTEM IM NOT SURE WHO TOO BELIVE  AT THIS POINT :Main13: I ALSO CALLED HER OFFICE AND TALKED TOO HER HELPER AND SHE SAID THAT THE AC DOSENT  TALK TOO CLIENTS THAT THE ATTORNEY MOSTLY HANDLES THAT BUT SHE WILL CALL AND FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON AND CALL ME BACK TORRORROW :Main20:

the AC said they received my case July 2015. Initial app was February 2013. just hurry up and wait i suppose.  :Main02:

actually is was received by Appeals Counsel in May 2015. I was told by SS a week ago that it will be next summer before i hear anything. Is this true?

The Social Security Appeals Council had my appeal for 17 months before remanding my case back for a de novo hearing.  They may be slow, but I know they went through everything we submitted to them, as some of the evidence was new and material pertaining to the time period before the ALJ's Unfavorable decision.
