FORMERSSAALJ, I hope you don't mind me asking you a question. My primary doctor prescribed me a rollator and wheelchair for as needed due to severe polyneuropathy and DDD. I won my remand because the ALJ didn't ask the VE any hypotheticals about my severe carpal tunnel, though she acknowledged I had it. I was also allowed to submit the evidence of both prescriptions ( above) and proof that I do have BPPV that my lawyers forgot to submit. In your personal opinion does it sound like I might have any chance at winning my case this time? Thanks so much for all your responses on other people's posts as well. So very, very helpful. <3
