FORMERSSAALJ, I hope you don't mind me asking you a question. My primary doctor prescribed me a rollator and wheelchair for as needed due to severe polyneuropathy and DDD. I won my remand because the ALJ didn't ask the VE any hypotheticals about my severe carpal tunnel, though she acknowledged I had it. I was also allowed to submit the evidence of both prescriptions ( above) and proof that I do have BPPV that my lawyers forgot to submit.  In your personal opinion does it sound like I might have any chance at winning my case this time? Thanks so much for all your responses on other people's posts as well. So very, very helpful. <3

I believe you have a reasonable chance of prevailing at a remand hearing based on specific SSR's (Social Security Rules) covering applicable to
carpal tunnel syndrome ("CTS") Other evidence needs to be brought out at the hearing regarding limitations in your hands/fingers such as numbness and tingling, grip strength, ability to lift, and most important dexterity in your fingers. You have a winnable case.

Thanks so much for your response.  I know no one but my ALJ can decide my case, but if makes me feel at least a little bit better that you feel it could possibly go favorably.  May God bless us all this year with favorable outcomes. <3

CHRISEMT, Congrats on your remand!!!!! My hearing was on Sept 30th, still waiting for a decision.  My last hearing I received a denial decision in the mail in 2 weeks!! Hopefully, maybe this was is an approval. Wishing you lots of luck on your new hearing.  :Celebrate08:
