Anyone Get a Short Form Cdr this month yet? June 2022

Has anyone gotten a  short form cdr yet this month June 2022? June was when I always received my short form CDR. I havent received one in 7 years and am now 65. if I am ever to receive another one, i think this June would be it. I am not worried about it, just leaving breadcrumbs for anyone to follow who researches this for their own particular case in the future,

I would be shocked if you received a CDR at your age. If I remember correctly, we have at least one member that received at CDR at 65. Sorry, I can't remember which member it was right now.

Received a short form just yesterday. I'm 58 and a MINE (L0045), and was awarded in 2011. CDR's for me have all been short forms, Feb, 2016...Feb, 2019...Jun, 2022. I filled it out online and sent it back within an hour of getting it. I could have added an additional medical visit in the remarks section that fell within the 2 yr time frame, but knowing the history of the remark area, I only listed the last 3 visits.

Joe, I can't imagine you'll be getting another CDR at your age.

Fingers crossed this is the final CDR for me.

I looked at the 455 I just sent off yesterday, and see that I made a mistake with the last 4 digits of my phone number. Instead of 9501, I sent 5901. I am beyond angry at myself. Any idea how this might affect things?

i have observed that 58/59 years old is usually when the last short form cdr comes unless you are working.

i remember someone on here who had worked for SSA had processed a long form for someone who was 65. they didnt go into detail about why that person received a long form. i also remember another member saying he was expecting a review at 65 because he had been working for a while and had been getting full cdr's regularly. I don't think he got one at 65 though

If you don't list any doctor visits and dates, you might get a long form.

If I were you I would submit another short form online (can't hurt and might help) and this time be sure to fill in the blanks:

Bob, It won't affect the outcome at all and it won't trigger the long form. Hope you filled your 455 online so you hear back from SSA much sooner.

Bob, It won't affect the outcome at all and it won't trigger the long form. Hope you filled your 455 online so you hear back from SSA much sooner.

Thanks for that. I did fill it out online. Couldn't have been easier. I actually tried to call the 1-800 number yesterday in attempt to alert them to my mistake on the form, but after being on hold for more than an hour, I gave up.

Completed online.  Three doc visits same month, can't work, worse, no recent hospitalizations and no comments made. 

I'll probably get a long form. /sarcasm

Not trying to manifest anything, karma, so back off. 

I have a complicated history with short forms.  So there's that.
