I got my benefits letter today. In the letter they state that "We found that you became disabled under our rules on March 1, 2019. Is that with the 5 months calculated in or without?

The Established Onset Date is the date the medical evidence proved according to SSA Laws you became disabled Medically. The 5 month waiting period has nothing to do with deciding the Established Onset Date. Your Established Onset Date was March 1, 2019
