Hey Jim, Now, Cool it, Brother, We all got it tough! I went bankrupt, I have sickness! U have sjckness, u have money problems, maybe! Well Jim, Ya, In a way u gotta swallow ur pride but if u get a disability and u were working, then u paid into the system and if u weren't working and paying into the system, so what, there is a reason why, u weren't(many reasons) , either way, u would be intitled to disability benefits. Don't sweat it man, just prove it!
      1)Go to Doctors-1, 2, 3, 4,or more depending on what u got! One primary care doctor and what he recommends from what u have to tell him.
       2) Diseases, Disorders, Mental, Physical
       3)Test, operations
        4)medications
        5)File Application
         Wait for the result or get a lawyer from the begining. The big thing is that if u know instincitivily that u may qualifly then that is good if u don't it doesn't alway's mean u don't.........Concerned

Yo Jimmy, I Also have gone through all the medications and do! My thing is that after I get about 5 to 6 hours of rest I get about 2 to 3 hours that I can actually do things on some days. Usually about 2 days a week I could vacumn a little or sweep a little or throw 4 10 lb bags of garbage out! I also, may die next year, so, if anyone what to trade and try to tak my ssdi away from me go ahead. Jim, I know the way this works, there r different levels of people on this site rite?

     See, Jim, lately, I had reduced my work down to 5 hours a week from 12 hours per week, both, under the trial work month, after I have just passed a recent review, and have 6 twm's total.
      Well in a few weeks, I will probably be starting a treatment and will not even want to think about working at all, I am probably into my last few weeks right now, so, that is good........Concerned

Thanks u "Guys", I hope I don't Chicken out, I've been putting it off for a while, and I have to get it done soon! I hope it isn't to late, I'm told it isn't , but, I'm very scared about it and have been going from acting normal to totally neurotic. This site really helps, there is always someone here to talk to! so when you got ssa they put you on a work related ssa or something ? I guess that's where you can earn up to a 1000 bucks a month ? I really don't know much about all this stuff so bear with me , what is twm mean?
and I doubt anyone would wana trade that's for sure ! I lost a lotta weight due to diabetes and when people ask me how I did I tell them and say do you want it and right away hell no!  it runs in my family and it has taking a few from my family , the only thing you can do is try to manage it ,for me its very hard man!
I don't follow what you mean about different level of people on the site ? different disabilities ya mean ?

yeah man I got a lawyer right out of the gate , I should have stopped working a year ago when I got a infected foot ulcer and they had to remove a bone from my foot because infection got into it , the only thing I was doing was hurting myself and I pressed on and ended up getting hurt at work and been out every since , when you don't have feeling in your feet you end up tripping over things.
and your coordination just isn't there , I was taking pain killers so god for bid I hurt someone what a mess that would be. and we do it to keep food on the table. enough is enough right ?

Hey Jimmy, A Trial Work Month is 9 months, not consecutive, in a rolling, 60 month period of time, that a person on disability can make any amount of money over and above (770 dollars in2014, it goes up each year). If u were working and u were going to use one because u were going over by say one dollar, u may as well go over by 10000.00, just an exaggeration, because u used it either way. it is sort of a gift month that u can make any amount of money without being penalized for u ssdi money, but, if u really were making that much money, would u really need social security?
      I have worked a little for a cleaning company doing vacumning, throwing a few bags of garbage out, dustings, in a couple office buildings. It was 12 hours a week, and was 108 dollars a week or 432 dollars a month and the good thing, Jimmy, was that I was working with a partner, my wife! So, when, I had to sit, or had low blood sugar or or or!! I get so pissed off with this, Jimmy!!
      Now, 432 dollars is below 770, so, I could possibly work forever at that amount and never use up the TWM's, thus no problem. Well, Some months get 3 paychecks in them because of the way the calendar goes and for a time I was getting 15 hours. Well 15 times 9 at the time equaled 135 times 4 equaled 540, but multiply by 6 and u get 810, or over 770 and u use a trial work month.
       Now, Jimmy, I am working 5 hours a week at 8 dollars an hour, a total change, different site wife took an other job and they kept me there, so, now I'm making 160 dollars a month or 200 dollars a month. Nowhere near the TWM total! I stayed on as a favor for 2 days a week, but, when treatment starts, I'm done!   DONE, DONE, DONE ok jimmy, also, Jimmy, some peeople come on here under assumed names, u know??
       So, Jimmy, That is about all, that, I am, going, to, talk, about, today!! Okay, JIMMY??........Concerned

It could be tomorrow, I could cross the street and get hit by a car, it could be sometime next year or the year after, or the year after that, the point is I really don't know and should know better than to spread rumers about myself! Hey Jimmy, that's right u got it! The best way to learn is to put up a post all about yourself, man! U r a fast learner Jimmy, and know a lot about computers! With ur education in computers, u would not haave to worry about ur foot because u can do computer work! Right off the bat u put a person's statements in the boxes before ur posts, I don't know how to do that yet and I have been on here for about 5 months!
     When I said about dying, What I meant was, I can die sometime in the future if I turn down treatment!! Even without treatment for another year or two, I would still probably be ok, but, the sooner I get it done the better. I am not terminal, not yet anyway, and I don't intend on it, I just dread the treatment, that's all!! Dealing with death is something I am still learning, (Jimmy), but, I will be ok, too much to do before then!!
      So, where r u in Pa.? And don't look at the map, if u live in Pa. u should know!!......Concerned

and all these forms are basically the same I am on a diabetes form also and once you get the hang of the forms it isn't bad far from a computer pro LMFAO! the only thing I didn't see on this form was a insert tool to upload pictures so I take it a form leader has to do that for you ? and yeah I cant do computer work in my lazy boy chair , prolly means everyone on here can do the same right ?

See, Jimmy, Topamax, is not a narcotic, so, why would u say something like that? See, I like to come on this site because I like to try to help people that r applying for benefits and it is sort of a way for a guy like me to socialize(in a way)!
     Now, U, Jimmy, r, supposedly applying for benefits, yet, I don't really see u asking for help with anything, I could be wrong! Where is the post that introduces yourself to everyone and asks for help? What is the name of that post and when did u post it? That is a question that I have for u?
     What I seemed to get from u was some ball-b#@%*%G about the little bit of work that I had done, trying to get me nervous about it! U don't know that I just went through a cdr with ssa hiding nothing!!
      Then when i mentioned treatment and a few wished me luck, u proceded twice to ask me what for! if I wanted to say, I would have, rite?
