Reconsideration application moved to another state

I filed my request for reconsideration a little over a month ago.  According to mySSA, it's already in the final review stage of the reconsideration, so someone is reviewing it to make sure I still meet the non-medical requirements for SSDI.  At first, it was being reviewed by someone at the local office in the town where I live, but now mySSA says it's being reviewed at ODO/PC7 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Some sources I've found through Google say that this is a sign my application was probably approved and that it's been sent to a payment processing center.  Does anyone know if this is actually true?
