I would go out on a limb and say no. Things are starting to open back up across the country now and  there have been a lot of job openings as a result. Hospitals are seeing a drastic reduction in covid patients due to half the population in the u.s. already being vaccinated. There have been also advancements in medicine that can greatly help people recover that are very sick from covid like plasma antibody treatment. So i don't see it happening, unless some new variant of this virus breaks out that can totally evade these current vaccines, that shuts everything down again.

Plus, they are starting child tax credit checks in July.

I agree that the odds of a 4th stimulus are extremely slim.

The reasons for the previous stimulus payments no longer exist.

Just a reminder that we do not allow politics to be discussed on SSDFacts.

Stimulus Checks, Federal Unemployment extensions, and Child Tax Credit can open up a can of worms blaming one party or another; all of which have nothing to do with the Social Security Disability Process.

I don't think there will be, nor do I think there is a need for any more. As was said, things are opening back up, covid numbers and hospitalization and deaths are falling as vaccination rates go up.

There will not be  a 4th stimulus check. There are a bunch of people who still have not gotten the 3rd one including me.

MisplacedTexan, I can relate.  I haven't received mine either.  Finally my "Get My Payment" site shows that they're were mailing mine yesterday despite the IRS having my DD info.  We will see when it shows up.

On the subject of a 4th Stimulus, I agree that it is very unlikely.  But if you look around, there are a couple of proposals floating around on Biden's desk that will surpass the congressional process we saw on the last three by tying another batch or an ongoing payment to low income threshold/unemployment.  The last proposal i read about today was signed by 26 Dems.  Will it happen?  I doubt it.  But who knows...

A friend of mine who receives disability has not received his last stimulus payment. His message changed last week to say he is eligible for the payment. When they have a date. they will update the message. The message also gave the last 4 digits of his bank account.

MisplacedTexan, one thing that changed in my situation is that I ended up filing my 2020 return and the Get My Payment message changed right after it showed they had processed my return.  I don't know your situation but in my case, although I wasn't required to file, filing the return probably helped.

My friend received his $600 2-3 months ago. The wrong bank info was put in. He received the first stimulus payment around the same time I did. He lives in Louisiana.

I have another friend that receives retirement and is still working part time. She received her third payment several weeks after I did.

Nothing is perfect. Personally, I think considering the number of people payments were going to. not to mention many living in different countries It is amazing as many received their money with no problems as soon as they did.

I guess in a past life I must have been a bad person because at times it seems like I come up on the short end way too often.

Misplaced Texan - you have no idea how much I relate to what you said.  Often times, I find myself wondering why me?...  That said, hang in there.
