Dragon Fly,
Can I add one more to your list?
A steak that is so tender it can be barely cooked, but yet eaten with a spoon.

OMG. I forgot to add steak. A well cooked and well seasoned steak is one of the foods I'd choose on an island.....

1 1/2" thick boneless ribeye, medium rare, chargrilled with hickory smoke smoothered in mushrooms. Dang-it, now I'm starving :P

And guess what I'm having for supper tonight....steaks, medium, baked potatoes, mushrooms, salad and garlic toast. Yummy. I will think about you all while I'm feeding my face!

I love nature
I love the sounds of crickets at night
I love to sit out on the porch and see the stars
I love to watch the sunset
On a bad day I love for it to rain, don't ask me why
I love a little snow and cold weather sometimes
I love to take awake in the ealry mornings and hear nothimg but my heartbeat for the first 5 minutes of the day
I would love to be able to fish again

People who genuinely care about you....Like the people on this site with all the support they have given!

It's hard to say what exactly cheers me up or makes me feel better. Since my parents dying before i turned 18, and loosing basically everything, i've learned to mask and hide away everything very well. I've been told many times that people don't know how i keep going. Honestly some days i don't want too.

My husband does everything he can to keep me laughing and smiling at all times. But now with this illness fully explained on my plate deep down i want to give up. I laugh and smile but it's empty. Nothing really fully takes away the pain and sadness that i feel. I pop my pills and am thankfull for the dulling of the pain, but with every pill i feel as if this is my life now. Popping these pills 4x a day is what its going to take to numb the reminder that my life to me is ruined... I hate to be a pitty party but i feel like i can express myself here. My husband and I, are like E.T. (the movie) Linked basically. I can't do anything to compromise his happiness because thats just not fair.

Hey Boo, we all on this website have some issue or another and we try our best to understand and help here. This site is almost my life now with support, to me its better than going to an AA meeting  :) and I don't even drink! You are suppose to laugh now  ;D. Dragonflyamong others will keep you on your toes  :D. Welcome and know that we all are here with some issue or another the MAIN THING IS THAT WE SUPPORT EACH OTHER HERE! We might not have the same health problem and some of us may, but we understand and I TRULY FEEL LOVE HERE! THIS HAS NOW BECOME A HOBBY FOR ME JUST KNOWING I CAN GET UP AND GET TO THIS SITE TO TALK TO OTHERS THAT UNDRESTAND ME!  ;D ;D ;D

Thank You again everyone for your kind words. I hate complaining and i hate being a cry baby, sometimes when you have to be strong all the time, you just can't anymore. I really find this site helpful, even if i don't have the energy to post everyday i still try and read everyone's threads and posts to remember that i'm not alone and there are others that go through my struggles. I will try and make my posts more positive, could be a step on my behalf, to try and post positive things, rather then negative.
