Stand Proud

I should be jumping for joy because my attorney called me yesterday and stated the ALJ approved a fully favorable "on the record". This has been a 3 year journey including a Remand from Federal Court and SS vacating my second claim which was found fully favorable.
I will not believe I won until I see funds deposited to mu checking account. This has been a very stressful time for me but I want to encourage people to stay the battle!
Initial 09/19 Recon 3/20
ALJ 06/20 AC 10/20
Federal 10/20
New app 10/20 Recon 10/21
ALJ approved 3/22 then vacated
Fed Remand 1/22
Fed and ALJ combined: Won via OTR 7/22

Congrats to you on finally having everything resolved in your favor! I can understand the feeling of "seeing [the funds deposited] is believing" after you had your other FF claim vacated.

Definitely worth staying the course.

BTW, I moved this post to the Winner's Circle (since it was posted originally in medicare/medicaid questions). Didn't want it to get lost.

Congrats to you! Three years here, too. Seems to be the going time for quite a few.  I hope you'll be able to relax a bit now.
