You have the well talked about glitch.  I guess the give away is the date that is posted next to the decision.

A  lot of people at the hearing stage , with or without a hearing date, have gotten that same message. The date on yours is the same date as the day it was sent to the hearing office (bolded and underlined)

Although, you have had your hearing and they could have posted it with the wrong date?

They are the same dates.  Quite a few people had gotten the same message. Most have found out that a decision has NOT been made but, I think one person (so far) actually had an OTR.

I am also 100% VA and 70% Combat Related Special Compensation... met the PTSD listing clearly and have been denied on initial and probably on recon also.  I juts don't understand why they waste the judges time and back up entire systems to deny people who clearly meet the listings.  This is NOT a benefit, its an insurance policy which we have all paid into.  If this was being ran by a civilian company there would be law suits left and right.

In my opinion and based on my experience with being on STD & LTD and hearing about others' experiences with some STD & LTD insurers, it would not necessarily be better for claimants if SSDI was a program run by someone other than "the government". And I had I fairly decent experience with STD/LTD. Anyways, just my opinion.
